I think in the '80s we didn't even have debit cards, just cash.I was making about $500 a week, so I did the Bank round-robin thing (see above), deposited a thousand bucks in a CD, got $1000 loan, paid it off in 6 months, then applied for Visa or MasterCard through the bank unsecured.But to get back to bad credit and how to make money in real estate.If you go to buy your commercial banks you're going to need a credit rating with a good FICO.And you are going to need 20% down if it's an investment property or 3% down through FHA programs up to four units.That said, how can you make money with BAD credit?

--endquoteThe 7 transactions per second (TPS) is interesting -- Mastercard can handle several thousands of TPS.It also should be noted that newer cryptocurrencies can handle significantly more TPS than Bitcoin, more even than Mastercard and Visa, but we never hear much about any of those in the press.

For example, they can buy a prepaid Mastercard or Visa (gift card) and pay on-line that way from any library.

But other company that does produce hardware and cash flow is doing great, in fact we have record revenue, from walmart, starbuck, Hilton, Mastercard all those company said they don't see recession.

The first card, the Red Aviator Mastercard Elite, ended up having really crappy service on a balance transfer I used it for -- it turns out Mastercard doesn't even arbitrate Mastercard Elite issues.

Right now I have 4 properties (All with different property managers) and here's how I have my accounts set up:1x Business Chequing Account (For all properties that my deposits and most of my expenses come out of)1x Business Mastercard (That I use for anything across all properties where I can drum up points)4x Savings Accounts (1 for each property that has ~6 months of reserves in)1x Savings Account (For property tax)I'm in the process of incorporating and am trying to find a better way to track expenses for each property.

I worked for a large company, paid all my travel expenses on a credit cards, back then Mastercard and Amex, then file a monthly expense account and get reimbursed.
