Hey guysI have access to the Epic Pro Academy.

Those who recruit, for producers, and help them to best produce, wow I have 1st hand seen epic rewards for both the recruited person and the recruiter.

I actually have read articles this week that Disney expects to see a drop in attendance next year because Universal is opening the new park Epic.

Fundamentally, the economy is healthcare(incl epic in that), university & retail.

If by 2025 we still have negative spread between 10Y and cap rate we would just delaying the inevitableI'm not going to broadcast my "Secret Sauce" like a moron, but your in the neighborhood of the EPIC opportunity, just looking the wrong direction. 

And those under capitalized, working to purchase at epic leverage points, there going to have the issues from hoop jumping and, honestly, they should.
