The focus points for me right now are deciding what to include in my tech stack that's not going to break the bank in the future as well as includes professional features not just a user friendly interface like some other PMS.I'm between these 3 currently. - Hostfully(seems to be most cheap)- Uplisting(seems to be the most professional)- Hospitable(most friendly UI & the only one I currently have experience with)     Biggest con for me is lacking in ai for messaging which they've denied integrations with developers.

This means that it doesn't possess a user-interface that would allow you to make modifications according to your needs.

We are a mid sized PM Co and use Lynx so it is important to interface with them.

I like the detailed tutorials, clean dashboard (better interface, IMO), more customization of properties, low ACH fees to renters, and the ability to still list across syndicated listing sites.

It's a banking & bookkeeping platform, it's free and has a very straightforward user interface.

It's a super clean interface and leaves no doubt as to the status of payment.

I really disliked their interface and the colors.

The banks I'm using get the job done and are hassle-free, but I'd still love to use just one bank and have an interface where I can see all llc activity on one dashboard.

It is very small but I need to code it then built the web interface to show its flow rates.
