I am not looking to build a real estate empire, just a few doors, and will probably only purchase out of state in the future.What would you do?

Lenders are not giving out these loans to help doctors create rental real estate empires.

It does not seem to be up to date for the Los Angeles or Inland Empire areas for homes sold on the market.

 - a 2/1/1 650’ units 4 or 5 houses from the beach (mission beach) and a 5/3/3 3500’ inland (Jamul) both rent for $4.2k.  

Seems worth it though, so I'm not running around trying to piece things together an build my own empire of employee and agents, etc.
