.-1 year ago flipped a single family home made $10k after paying my partner.-6 months ago purchased a triplex-5 months ago started a property management business.

A 'home made' self storage project, small SFR developments (as in less than 5, small stick-built houses), a small solar farm, as well as apartments and a startup commercial project.

Title had been sitting in limbo ever since.After a couple of months of reading Dutch obituaries, finding a bunch of money for the decedent's nephew in escheat, finding the original signed (but not notarized, and therefore worthless) deed to the buyer, pursuing a quiet title action, and being given a home-made bottle of wine from yet another relative, I finally got title to the property.  

They do not want cheaper ammo mucking up the guns which is understandable or home made ammo.  

I see a lot of leases while selling properties - many are home made and relatively simple, not to say primitive.

-It is 40 yrs old-Aluminum wiring-No central air/no heat-Evidence of water damage around most windows, and kitchen flooring-I don't remember there being a hot water heater-Last owners replaced some windows and did a shoddy job-No car port/no storage shed-The cabinets in the kitchen appear to be home made with plywood and white paint-Soft wallsBUT mostly.. it's a 2/1 and they just don't move like the 3 bedrooms.As far as why did I settle for only 4k?

Homemade candy, pumpkin bread, banana bread, and a couple packages of steaks from the farm. 

If all else falls, make a homemade bandit sign that says "I want to buy this house, If you know the owner, call me @XXX-XXXX"   and stick it in the front yard. 

If you're going to use the Schlage Encode in a coastal climate, add a homemade gasket to inside and outside of lock to prevent condensation that ruins the electronics.
