I want to have positive cash flow of $300-500 per month. i have looked at Connecticut (Hamden, Hartford, New London areas), and Pennsylvania(Scranton, Allentown, and Wikes Barre areas). 

Hartford -- or Hartwell is a -- is an earlier investor, so whoever is making the investments that are referenced on the dep -- on these -- on any of the deposits, those investors' funds are being used to pay the earlier investors their dividends?

I am currently living and working in the Hartford area and am starting to build out my team/network in this area of the state to start.  

Over the weekend I went and visited some properties in east Hartford , new Bretain and Norwich.

It's a 4 unit property in East Hartford, Connecticut (let's call it Property B).
