no one talks about what happens if I want to sell.. now for those that own free and clear or have a bunch of equity its not that painful to sell but if you have little to none your writing a check sometimes to get out of the hamster wheel.. its all Ra Ra Ra on rentals   path to freedom and all that.. it can be but many many cases are like this you just don't hear about them.. 

It certainly is understandable that a person may need one or two service animals in order to live independently.I'd love to witness the hearing where someone tries to claim that he/she needs two service animals PLUS 4 cats and assorted other animals ... especially if those other animals required cages (birds and hamsters in the same abode as a single cat let alone multiple cats).

The combination of those books planted the seeds for me to begin investing and overall showed me there is a way out of the rat race or hamster wheel, if you will.

I want off this hamster wheel.

And if you see that as the way that someone gets into the 1% and that they have to continue to do that forever, then I too would be in agreement with you that I wouldn’t want to be on that hamster wheel running as hard and as long as I could forever.You bring up the FIRE movement.

My fear of renting a place for 12 months and being stuck in the hamster wheel out grew the fear of investing! 

It keeps the slaves on the hamster wheel and keeps the billionaires on their perch.Your rental income will never shield your W2 income.

Just spinning wheels like a hamster.
