Hi all I am new to real estate and just bought my first property last year.

I just bought my first flip in Pittsburgh (Brookline) and it would be cool to connect, as I don’t know anyone in the city.

I recently bought 5 pieces of land all in Michigan -- one is in Jackson and the other four are in Saginaw.

We have owed several flood property, but have never bought flood insurance.

One member wants to be bought out and the other two want to develop new commercial product.

I bought my first rental in London, ON in October 2019, and recently sold in August 2024.
