I'm from Italy and I will relocate to Missouri next year: considering my background in architecture and design, I would like to start flipping houses with a focus on small, old properties to rehab (just because my european concept of space may help when it comes to optimise small houses).

Mainly looking for Turnkey flips and BRRRR opportunities.Apart frpm real estate, I enjoy Travelling the world with my wife, and enjoying different types cuisines and exploring medival european cities. 

Problem is that European countries like Portugal and Spain are following (or preceding) the negative STR regulations that you find in more and more places in North America.

Of all European cultures, the Greeks seem to have the most pronounced tendency for this, which is why I think I've spent so much of my life battling that feeling in myself. 

I'm not familiar with how European real estate transactions work but personally know I would feel a lot better if there was a third party involved holding the money

But anywhere where you can get Europeans coming over in July - September is an awesome plus.
