Next time I go visit an OOS mentor, I'll take them out to lunch/dinner, costs way less than $5000 to $18,000 than what these programs charge.

@Christian Bors  and if you vette these guys  and like Marks says he has been in transactions that they are the funding source so there is one Top local Broker validating that they actually do fund transactions.So once this is done.... your sitting there focusing on a measly 800 bucks.. heck we blow that on dinner.... for 800 dollars you could jump start a whole career..
