And the laws and regulations here are very different, not very strict like the states.Prices are high and rents are low over here.

I would be curious on exact location as different streets mean different things, as the area is still turning.

For 1.5M downpayment, the target price can reach 5~7.5M if DTI is allowed.Due to the big difference on target price, I raise this topic to confirm whether my understanding is correct or not. 

I'm wondering if it's different by company. 

How long it takes to be financially ready is different for everyone.
