I agree with @Kenneth Dai on this one.

The local DA is investigating the lawyer actively on that matter and we expect an indictment soon.

I would suggest buying the h-stakes though because the stakes they come with suck.The bad news is that they are cracking down on the signs in my town and the DA is actually putting together a case against the investors using these signs.

DA is interested in hearing from victims of his scam.
