Hello all in Rochester, NY who are interested in getting justice in the form of prosecution of Doug Hirt.

The Asst. DA is interested in hearing from victims of his scam. They have asked that I gather names. If you want to go it alone, contact Eric Hurd at ehurd at monroecounty dot gov and tell him your story.

Please let's all work together to put this scum bag behind bars so that he doesn't continue to poison the efforts we're all working so hard to build.

Just to make you aware he is still having someone advertise on craigslist under another name,number. I just had a service call done for hvac and turned out to be doug hirt, requested cash only. Long story. But beware scsmmers are always out there

By what I saw of what you said regarding a guy from CA getting scammed by Doug Hirt, it looked like this happened while he is on probation. I have decided to file a Freedom Of Information Request and have gotten an attorney who has experience in going after the like of Doug. In pulling some records from the clerks office, it looks like you got a reimbursed your $3500. Good for you, but wondered if you would share on how you accomplished that. Also, I am going to compile a list of people that have been scammed by him. Would you be so kind as to provide any names and contact info you have. I recognize that if you have gotten back your money, you probably want to eliminate all memory of him, but there are still some that would like to see justice.
