These communities allow for better access to amenities that younger generations crave.

I just thought it was important to point out that there are those of us out here in the would-be-investors world who do crave a more thorough and detailed top line analysis as we sort thru all of the various opportunities that exist.  

My mentor said to pick a number and save that each month just like your savings but you can use if to satiisfy the crave for upscaling your lifestyle.  

You’re first deal won’t be easy, but as soon as you get it done, you’ll be craving the next one. 

I'm really craving some local community in Denver when it comes to real estate investing. 

Most people in my generation [millenials] craves this shiny lifestyle (sadly or not [depending on your philosophy]).

I realize if I sell I dont take advantage of the appreciation in the future the property may get me but being debt-free is very appealing to me currently, its just a mind-set I'm craving.

Having the cash would be nice but it would be easy to become routine to the lifestyle with the extra money, and when it's gone you crave the lifestyle that you never could afford to begin with.If you would use it to buy another rental... then maybe.
