Industry wide, no one started staffing up a year ago for #coronavirus.

I'd be more concerned about rental law and regulations in NY vs. the coronavirus effecting the finger lake region's rental market. 

I have a SF student rental that just moved their spring semester classes online due to the Coronavirus, I have a few tenants threatening to move back home but the lease they signed runs through July 2020, yes I feel terrible about the situation but they need to abide by the lease they signed..thoughts?

Second question, would you guys hold off on purchasing at all right now in hopes that the market will drop due to coronavirus.
