I still refer to concepts I learned 50 years ago to this day.  

So when you build your pocket neighborhood, which is an interesting concept, what's to stop an undesirable person from moving in.

To be fair I'm not super up to date on the "uber of offices" concept that you are hinting at, except inasmuch as to say "um, didn't that idea kind of die off with COVID?"

I like @Chris Seveney and @Shiloh Lundahl's concept for a fast sale that you can do a lease option on.

The concept of diversification is generally associated with the asset/investment in question rather than the composition of the investors.

I have been a traditional REI to date but love the co-living concept ... and ROI when done right! 

The problem with society today is that many don’t fully grasp the concept of value exchange and the hard work it takes to succeed.

The wall street journal published a piece suggesting home prices are overprice and will likely fall.
