I reached out to a local insurance broker, who came back with a quote that seemed very high to me ($3,800 yr), from a company called Foremost.

Does anyone have a recommended property management company with which they have had good experiences in this area?

Yes I have heard of them - I have never gotten a loan from them but have worked with them in another capacity. they are a legitimate company - meaning they provide loans to investors.

I hired a licensed mold assessment company and after they got the results, the referred me to the mold remediation company which it has to be according to the Texas law.
