I know our title plants in the metro areas of Or Wa are all off shore and its common to order title one day it gets worked up in the Philippines at  night and back to Or the next day or 2 days.. but this one really shocked me thats why I thought to post about it.

Amazon and Nike both have large plants in the northwestern part of the city and Memphis is also home to FedEx world headquarters.

Hope to close on 89 acres and get it planted in July.

Your profile has several investments on it so theoretically you should be generally aware that business income and expenses are accounted for on your taxes even if you have a CPA do them and don't pay much attention to the details.......I'm really thinking that that you are a Norada paid plant.

Fiat Crysler just announced a 2.5 billion dollar Jeep plant on the east side of Detroit (18.May.19).Greektown casino was bought for 1 billion dollars today by investors seeing the potential (23.May.19).Investors who bought in downtown Detroit in 2014 have already seen their pockets bulge 3-4 times.The believers argue that the cascades are now on to the Detroit suburbs and it's metro.And there is REAL opportunity for those seeking High Yields and Cap Growth. 

IMO killeen is a solid investment. just have to watch which areas you are getting into. there are some pretty rough areas near fort hood but killeen is great because it is close enough to austin and people commute from there to austin as well. with fort cavazos near by and the new samsung plant coming online in taylor, it is a solid choice with steady demand for MF.
