Mayan Theatre is a cool old movie theater showing indie movies and serving alcohol.

That area with all the theatres, the stadiums, the restaurants, etc..is really taking shape...and the residents usually follow.The days of Fort Renaissance I believe is over. 

So even at the top of her game (theatre, not film/tv), she will likely always be low paid.

I don't have experience on the other side of the counter, but in the same way that a movie theatre is a snack bar that happens to show movies, a skating rink is a snack bar and arcade that happens to also have skating.
