Obviously applying for new cards with a new entry promo and pay down the first; however, banks are tightening lending and they don't like to see high balances of outstanding debt.

Summer was about 50% booked and part of that was from promos that we ran.

I used 0% interest credit card promo to finance $20k utilities to the property and it still needs 10K to get it in mint completed condition.

Just to follow up, the Snap Flip people called me a few days later and offered to let me take their 3 day seminar for $225 after asking people to pay $1495 at the promo event.     

They were awfully slow in closing, but offer a 6 month promo rate of 2.75% at 89% CLTV.
