An LLC is useful for two things: anonymity and legal protection.

An original purchase loan was taken in 1998, which was refinanced in 2004, and then again in 2005.

We recently put the house under an LLC but are not sure if the lease should reflect the LLC as the landlord or keep our names.

Would a container community be more sustainable than an apartment complex?
