I use the "Citi Double Cash" Mastercard; it's a flat 2% for all purchases and I have used it for years. 

I have reason to believe this merchant engages in a widespread pattern of similar behavior, in violation of [VISA or MasterCard - pick appropriate one] merchant guidelines.Sincerely,[signature][printed name]There is no reason for you to communicate directly with the company itself; they cannot prevent the charge-back, and will be forced to contact you in an attempt to collect their money once the charge-back hits their bank account.

That's why when you borrow money from your Mastercard to pay off your Home Depot card, it is called a balance transfer.

For example, they can buy a prepaid Mastercard or Visa (gift card) and pay on-line that way from any library.  

I have my personal credit cards with discover which has rotating cash back programs and a master card that is !

But other company that does produce hardware and cash flow is doing great, in fact we have record revenue, from walmart, starbuck, Hilton, Mastercard all those company said they don't see recession.
