Is this a Rehab deal or a cash flowing property?

Hey @Nike Onyechi - Not sure...but maybe it was @Tom Shallcross who was on the podcast somewhat recently, a value add investor, and chicago broker.

I’ve never opened a mail drop store, so I can’t speak to that, but I’ve noticed that a lot of investors are turning to pad splits as an alternative strategy.

This topic is a little more difficult.
