I've been wondering for nearly two decades how famous people survive when their birthdays and entire life story is available on wikipedia. 

Of course you need to market to your past guests, we do it ourselves as all our apartments are in the CBD so people return for birthdays, Anniversaries, shows etc.

If I were to take it out on my 25th birthday and take the taxes and penalty (48% of my actual amount), I would need to earn a ~7.5% annual return over the next 35 years to break-even on my 401k that would earn an average of 7% over the same time frame.

I know another Realtor that is so good at sending out birthday cards and cards during the Christmas Holiday like clockwork.

These gift campaigns are huge for referral business.I've previously used mailbox power/banner season to automate anniversary, birthday and holiday gifts.I've also looked into snappy and goody which have some nice things that fit any budget.Hope this helps!
