Moving them later to a LLC can trigger the due on sale clause.

This could trigger the loan being fully due and payable if the existing lender gets wind of the transaction.

Such damages may include but are not limited to termite damage, dry rot, mold, deterioration, decomposition and/or threatening structural issues discovered during the course of this project"That should give you some insight as to what you may expect as you move through an undertaking such as you are describing.

Let them air dry and simply swap them out next time.This will save you a lot of money on filters.  

Processing applications in the order received is the most cut and dry. 

I cleaned it first with metal deck brush, let it dry, then applied 2 coats with a long nap roller.

The bathroom toilet appears to have overflowed (when the water was on) and there is dried up feces and toilet tissue all over the bathroom floor. and that is just the downstairs...I only took pictures of the downstairs because I forgot to take pics while I was in there and had to come back after I had already left the property...but the smell was so bad I didn't want to stay in the house let alone travel up to the second floor.
