They keep track of it over two six-months periods.When I had it, it was because I was a member of the local REIA; I don't know if it's possible for people off the street to sign up for it, or if it's free to sign up.I think there's a version with less features, just called Pro, that may be free - I don't know how much functionality you get with it, though.

Or, maybe the Title companies helping with Title searches (probably not since that requires licensure I think) or doing the Closing Agent function (not all Title companies do it and there are some companies that just do Closings I think).

Obviously the difference in rental is a function of the average monthly electrical bill.In his case, considering its true that average electrical bill is 400/mo, i would expect rent to be at least 200/ mo more if solar covers entirely the bill (50%- pure guess)One think he should be careful is to write the contract specifying what happens with the netting in the energy.

Not all small/local banks will have robust online or app interface, so depending on how much you want to do your banking online, that would be something to consider.I read a pretty cool book called Profit First by Mike Michalowicz, one thing he points out is to possibly find multiple banks to accomplish the methods in the book.
