Get the cash flow machine working first while you live at home or with roommates.

It seems like a trick the government/employer is doing to keep you working for the machine and depend on them.

Do you think answering the phone or leaving to an answering machine is more effective?

@Allen Scott  Clay is a good man knows the area and will tell It straight.. just don't ask for a cup of coffee from his Kurig machine  bring your own..

I recently read an article about sacrificing to get ahead, and I will definitely say that my wife and I did extreme sacrificing and very long hours to get where we are today.I ran a vending machine business  for 21 years, that I started from scratch back in 1991,  we sold  The bulk of that business four years ago when we moved up to the mountains, just above the town where our property is.  

We moved into our current home almost 2 years ago and had the washing machine worked on twice in the first 12 months.  

They are definitely busy on the RE side and have built a house buying machine in a short time.

Start wholesaling or partnering on rehabs:  Wholesaling is a great strategy for those who don't have a ton of cash or credit, and is a way to pick up some $$ in a few months after you start your marketing machine up...

By having a real estate license, I could become a cog in someone else's machine, and along the way it would be natural to mentor me.
