And you're spot on -- central AC bids have been coming in very high because of the need to rent / operate heavy duty equipment (from what we've found researching so far, we'd need a diamond blade saw to get through the concrete floor).

The wifi is set up to isolate the three clients (Tenants 1 and 2 and my equipment) with their own SSID (wifi name) and passwords (set by me) they will not have access to each other’s network (isolated clients).

Thats not a business activity so it makes that they can roll it back.But if your business takes out any kind of loan - vehicle loan, equipment, etc, - the business can always deduct the interest on that loan as an expense.
