This friend and I have always talked about starting a business together and my recent fervor for real estate investing as sparked the opportunity to make our dreams a reality.

I recently got married this past year and during the Covid-19 shutdown we decided not to waste anymore time working for others but to follow our dreams, so were moving to Hawaii!

I bought my first property at 22 years old in the uk along with my business and it was the best thing I ever did as they now provide me a passive income to chase my dreams  , so now I am wanting to spread my wings in the Monteregie area, ideally I am looking for someone who is a young hungry indervidual like me but with more of a contractor background to be able to start something great, ideally someone who has ready money to invest.or even someone who just knows or has experience in this area.Thanks.

We are currently in process of doing a full renovation and are waiting to make a single family's farm house dreams come true with this four acre house.
