I have a tenant who informed me after moving in that her child takes medicine to help him go to the toilet however, it causes the toilet to clog everytime which then leads to the toilet having to be rodded out because the bowel is too large to be plunged.

If the only issue is the one child's room and it doesn't affect any other part of the home, then even a rebate is not in order unless it is taking an extended time period, like more than 30 days.

i heard somewhere where 75% of American live paycheck-to-paycheck. i even heard a stock broker say a lot of his clients live the same - we're talking HUGE salaries too.we don't know this guy's situation. maybe he has medical bills, child support, yada yada. it's not always people spending beyond their means - though that does happen a lot too.
