That's my own opinion and so is all of this but I've been to all the markets they build in, I've met them and their sales team, I've seen their underwriting, I've spoken to investors who purchased with them, I've stood in front of booths where people were talking to them and asking questions that are easy but if someone is going to put 250k or even 100k they should really know everything and understand all sides of it.

I understand that at a minimum, I HAVE to register in CA since that's where the property is, but the lawyer is indicating that NV's a friendlier environment for Landlords so I should register in NV and just "do business" in CA.My questions are: Is there a material benefit to registering in NV and then also CA?

I'm an educator, a personal caocher and business advisor and since my kids has grown up 10 years ago I started doing real estae in Israel, where I live.A few years ago we went into some 3rd party investments in the USA, as part of an LLC group of investors- one in Manhattan and one in Atlanta.Based on the experince I have with those market (as well as Newtom MA, where I lived for 3 years) I lately decided to choose Milwaukee as my next market, focusing at the moment on single family houses.I'm looking into 3/2 single familiy houses to buy and will be happy to work with local agents and build a team.

@Nikhil MascarenhasDifferent people go different routes depending on their risk tolerance, their amount of equity and compared to other assets owned, how patient they are with a complicated set-up and high legal fees, whether they view the $800 as game-changing or just a cost of doing business, etc.

It may lead people to wonder ‘if the seller left some of the old plumbing fixtures and towel bars, etc, where else were corners cut’.The kitchen appears rather small and even an island on wheels would add more counter space.As mentioned previously, curb appeal and staging would absolutely make a difference here.Good luck with your sale!
