While Baltimore has lots of great area's I agree with Christina and suggest to spend the day / afternoon driving around and scoping out sections.

Good afternoon BP,I've just made an offer on a land lot in Miami and waiting for the seller to get it signed and back to me.

I drove around the area this afternoon, there are builders building nice new homes there, but next to homes that are probably full of squatters. 

I would like to connect with some people who are willing to get together on a Saturday or Sunday or early afternoon on weekdays.  

Good afternoon I have a quick question, say you had a tenant who you decided not to renew their lease and you sent out their non-renewal letter and they stated they were "invoking their right to redemption" to stay in the home, do they actually have any legal claim to that statement, it was my understanding that only applies to individuals who have defaulted on their mortgages to stop foreclosure.
