Hello I have a property I plan on touring and maybe buying.

I'm European, and I purchased a property when I was back in college in Europe (2009).

We are currently on a 10 day tour in Italy.

Thank you all for your input, toured the one property the other day and unfortunately I don’t think it’s something that I can financially tackle. 100 yr old property with extremely deferred maintenance.

We were worried about the pipes as the heat was not on during our tour.

It's also very tempting to buy over the internet with a virtual tour and pictures. 

But, if your PM has great virtual tours other digital marketing tools, you'll beat the weather and lessen this uncontrollable factor.
