Not a problem @Joshua Curtis If it is a current for rent on MLS there are a few things I would keep in mind. 1) There are tons of people who only choose to rent because they couldn't sell. 2)If you look for properties in investment areas for rent some of these guys would probably entertain the idea of selling.
