We recently entered into a contract to purchase a property.

I am getting ready to print out everything they've ever sent me and enter it all in myself to see what the heck is going on. 

I wonder if that is something that could reverse if they market enters a downtrend.

Any indebtedness is cleared up as each property is sold so you aren't entering retirement with any further debt.  

The most risky option is to enter a new market AND product category.

They also made a video of the current condition of the unit when they entered it. 

As far as RE goes, I've bought/sold two single families and now preparing to enter commercial real estate.

Anyone on here who is not a lawyer in NJ will just be speculating and in general know one knows the details of the specifics of the contract you entered into except the parties involved.

@Octavian Crossif you're in Louisiana,  I would do the following I would sign a declaration with my brokerage stating that "I am entering into transactions as a principal buyer and not acting as a fiduciary agent.  

I would be interested to hear from some folks about the possible challenges you think may exist for a home inspector entering the rental market.Any thoughts?
