Just thought I would post a friendly experience I had a couple days ago with a very seasoned real estate coach named Brian Gibbons.I saw him reply to a forum post on BP that led me to believe he certainly had some REI advice that would apply to me.

So much so, these entrepreneurs are called “Tampreneurs.”Tampa has the diversified economy millennials seek, led by financial services, STEM-related occupations, health care, research, education, tourism, retirement, and military bases all making significant contributions to jobs and growth.

New floors, new shaker cabinets, new granite countertops, new backsplash in kitchen, new sinks, new toilets, new faucets, new wall backsplash tile in both bathrooms, new walk in tiled shower, LED light up mirrors, new paint, new electrical outlets, new paint, new windows, new double french doors, new pavers on the outside patio.What was the outcome?

Are Morals and Ethics in play anymore in this market and economy (as the lack there of has led us all to this)?

So discipline yourself to embark on a journey to find someone you can trust and who has led by example.

I buy tax liens in that area and your description of the creek and defunct golf course led me right to the listing via Zillow. 

I learned a lot, but it had so many holes in it - which I now know led to some of the bigger mistakes and bad deals I did along the way.It's not talked about enough how important these fundamentals are.

I happened upon the Bigger Pockets' YouTube profile which led me to this website, and I haven't stopped reading the articles for days!

This led me into real estate...I'm the lead broker for my brokerage.
