I think a 97% wash out is too high but agree its 70% or so..

Realtor suggested today that we do that and things like wash the windows and the wood floors but thats about it .. no real rehab ..

When I was 20 my grandfather died and we sold his Brooklyn home for 1.2 million......some random person made a $30,000+ commission off of that, meanwhile I was washing cars at a lexus dealership and I think I brought in $20,000 for that entire year....that commission could’ve been mine if I had this license, and I could’ve not even worked all year!!

Or is it a wash since LLC income is passed through to the owner(s).

If he had all this money in thepast, why was he being sued so many times?

These windows open as a hopper fo ventilation (10 - 15 degrees) or swing open into the room (much like a door) for egress, washing, or when you simply want more airflow.  

I would just have it pressure washed.

I'm willing to bet you would have such high turn over on the rooms that the potential empty rooms would wash out the profit from it being fully rented.

Washing machine wasn't working.  

I washed those down the simple green then followed with a vinegar rinse.It seems to me that the smell has gotten better.
