I've been interested in using my home as a short-term rental (STR) property so last week, after watching this video from James Carlson and Erin Spradlin, I called the Department of Planning and Zoning and spoke to the Director.

You should be able to get layouts and specs and even a video of the home from the manufacturer or dealer selling you the home.

Yes many of us have invested in training, but you can learn by reading, watching videos (such as mine - no I don't sell anything.

I will need an agent who is familiar with the area and willing to provide detailed photos/videos of these houses.
