Does anyone here actually invest in notes? I have done it once but it was just something I came across by chance. It worked well but I just bought an old note from a friend. I don't know how to find a reliable source for enough notes to pursue it as a strategy. I see a few websites but they only have s small number and seem to offer "training" also. The training aspect malkes me think it's s scam. Real estate agents or home sellers don't want me to take a seminar. Do we anyone do this in significant numbers?

I did notes as a "hobby" for 4 years and made it a full-time job due to the results I have been having last year. There are quite a few people who do. Yes many of us have invested in training, but you can learn by reading, watching videos (such as mine - no I don't sell anything. PM me for the link) or asking questions here on BP...
