You can certainly participate without your tenants seeing your questions / posts, but would need to restrict your posts to our groups (posts only visible to members of the group) or your dashboard (posts only visible to your colleagues/followers or just colleagues).When we allowed anonymous posting, there was definitely FAR more trolling and drama on the site.As Jon said, we do have privacy options available to hide your profile, last name, and so on.I hope that helps answer your question and I wish there was an easier solution available.
