Stefan:The GTA is the second frothiest market in the country at the moment - it will be a tough place to plant your flag as a wholesaler.  

If your tenants work in factories that move to mexico, who's going to replace these folks.We are seeing 1970's style economy and they weren't outsourced then, Now the plants are moveing to mexico with no sign of recovery?

The upfront money and monthly fees are well worth never having a call from the water testing company that the well is no good or the sewer plant needs to be redone.

The only way to go is to first build a strong team on the ground to be your feet eyes and ears... there are many great markets my final selection went to the area that I could build the best team...so now am happily planted in Ohio and Missouri...  

Though I have been thinking once I get my feet firmly planted in a good job I may look into buying a multifamily home.

There is a HUGE Hyundai plant a few miles away and a supplier of theirs just opened a 3 story building about 1/2 miles from us.
