Grand Junction rentals

Looking for information on rentals in Grand Junction, Co. My wife and I are looking to move there from Michigan and wondering how to rent a place if we are still in Michigan as we wont be able to see the property in person. I do have a cousin in GJ that will look at places for us but not sure how a property manager will do that. Thank you for any info.
