It may seem like more work but due to all of the glitches in the software it is easier.Appfolio is all encompassing and we do not need any other software to manage LTR.Reach out if you ever need help!

Seems like relative to the potential upside the lien risks seem generally small.

Other PMS seem to do this (hospitable and host tools).  

It's a struggle starting out and I don't think it's talked about enough in more of a blunt way, in blog posts or any article on the web, everyone seems to softly speak about the introduction part that requires money.

It seems that future growth would mean a good investment.

There seems to be so much going on there and the environment is similar to San Diego (similar types of houses, wonderful Hispanic influences).

It would seem that I have quality assets but if I was starting over I would 1) go for even higher quality 2) purchase more.  

I can't say I am worried he is going to destroy the property as he does not seem angry with the situation however I am curious what those with more experience my offer in advice.
