property acquisition and also property disposition.so what you need to make the model work is deals and investors to move the deals to.you can shortcut the system by doing some co-wholesaling with existing wholesalers in your market and thus you only have to worry about the investor side of this model.if you commit to developing a very strong investor database you will put yourself in position of being a long term player as a wholesaler.after doing this for 15+ years to this day my 4 sales guys are developing a larger and larger investor network for our deals.if you need more help don't hesitate to PM directly....Peter
