Hi Everyone! Looking to get my feet wet in the real estate market and I’ve researched Indianapolis, Boise, and Ohio and I seem to keep coming back to Indianapolis. Would love to touch base with anybody to hear about their experience getting started in Indianapolis and if the goals I have are realistic in this market. Thanks!

Indianapolis is a great market, it's very similar to Columbus market. There's good cash flow and appreciation in both Indy and Cbus. It really comes down to which you prefer (Buckeyes or Colts) and who in that market can best help you to form your core 4 of agent, lender, contractor, and property manager.
