The main concern at closing with the LLCs is that they are in good standing as the title company will request documentation of good standing before closing.

It is a 9-5 job for them as they are usually an employee of the property management company and they very rarely really know about the investment real estate market other than how to process maintenance requests and handle tenants issues.

@Jeff George  In addition to disclosing it on the mortgage application, typically the new lender will request bank statements and your tax returns, and the investment property (rental) will also show there on Sch E.
