Profile Pics & Connection Requests

BiggerPockets is a fantastic place to research, learn, grow and network. I try to reach out to someone new, read a different forum or answer a post each day. However, maybe I'm feeling cranky today, here are my two issues. Let me know if I am wrong...

First soapbox issue: Please add a profile photo!!! It takes no time at all and creates a better feel in this community. If you want better answers from experts, better connections and to really take your business somewhere, load a profile picture!

Second soapbox issue: If you want to connect with someone on BP, then you have to connect. That doesn't happen with a Request button, connection happens with a message, a question, or a comment.

Am I the only one who ignores connection requests with no message and no profile photo?
