I would imagine wholesalers take a similar cut but it seems like they try to mark up the prices by much more than that since they can ask for whatever they want without much repercussion, so they swing for the fences.What's the best way to cut out the chain of middle-men and get straight to the source?

It looks too good to be true, wholesalers can "daisy chain" a property but it is pretty unethical to do so in my opinion. 

Hoping to bring this chain back to life. 

Plenty of supply chain problems with just about every component of the build jobs.   

They will be all hanging out with the other trades getting a beer at midnight and their first meal of the day.  

Therapy, House cleaner, prepared meal delivery, promotion at work, avoid annoying co-worker by switching to a new team/office, laundry service, move so you have a shorter commute? 

Once you do, you tighten the screw that pulls the cutter chain as tight as you can, then work the tool back and forth.  

With a block chain, who is going to step up to resolve the issues and reimburse the losing party?

Most of the major chains are there, so that should tell you something.

I learned how to do this when I went off to college and had to pay for my meals with my own money.
