Hey @Anthony Thompson, becoming a Broker is an interesting thought but as I'm sure you know would require two years in the industry and a Broker who vouches for your experience during that time, if I cant find a Brokerage to hang my license not sure I would be able to satisfy the second requirement.

One city I know designated an entire area“Agriculture”, the lowest zoning possible, so they could controlallowing what industries come.E.

Looking back on my adventure into the sign business I concluded that when i did it all again I would work in the industry for at least 2 years before venturing off on my own, this way I can get my education while making some money before risking it all and enrolling in the school of hard knocks.
