If he is going to terminate the lease it has to be before November 1 2018 and after February 1 2018 which was his idea and we agreed on that (in Wisconsin no one wants to move in a blizzard and it’s hard to find new tenants in winter) I have legal documents for a lease, and a blank addendum page to write these details.

There are some videos out there where investors just did a walk through of the properties and provided details of their deals flashing across the screen (I don't know how they do that) or in the comment section below the video without saying anything.
